J-1 visa regulations require you to report to campus after you arrive in Seattle. You must submit scans/photos of your DS-2019, J-1 visa, I-94 record, and passport biographical page after you arrive in the U.S. These copies are required to verify your non-immigrant status, and your ISS adviser will need them in order to activate your SEVIS record.

Plan to provide scans/photos of:

• DS-2019 (after you sign the front page at the bottom)
• J-1 visa
• Printout of I-94 record
• Passport biographical page
• J-1 students only: J-1 Insurance Requirement Statement of Compliance
