SDB Log On Video Overview
Step 1. The UW Technology Sign-On Screen appears after you make a connection to the SDB.
Step 2. Enter your UW username and password.
You will not be able to see the characters you are typing in the password field.
Step 3. Hit the outside Enter key.
If using a computer without an outside Enter key, hit SHIFT + ENTER.
Step 4. Enter a selection of 1 or 2 for the Duo passcode request.
The request will be sent to your smartphone or your landline phone. Enter the code into the passcode field.
Step 5. Hit the outside Enter key.
Step 6. Enter SDB in the Choice field.
Step 7. Hit the outside Enter key to acknowledge the FERPA screen.
