Common SDB Access Levels
SDB Screens and Access Levels
There are hundreds of screens in the Student Database, and there are several access levels as well. Below are some of the most common access levels and the screens to which they have access. Another way to determine if you have access to a screen in SDB is to try navigating to that screen. SDB won’t allow you to access the screen if you don’t have the correct access level.
Adviser access
Adviser Access is one of the most commonly requested access levels for SDB. Please review the document below for a list of screens to which advisers have access.
BasicPA access

Basic access
