We are pleased you have enrolled in classes at the University of Washington through the ACCESS Program! As we prepare to assist you with your ACCESS enrollment needs for Summer 2025, we want to provide you with registration information, resources, and tips for success.
ACCESS Registration
ACCESS Registration Request Form
The ACCESS Registration Request form is available to first-time and returning ACCESS students, and is the only way to register for ACCESS courses. You will need to provide your student data, course selections, and entry codes, if necessary, in the form, after which, you will receive an email confirmation of your submission.
The ACCESS Registration Request Form opens at 8 a.m. on Friday, May 23, 2025, and closes at 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 10, 2025.

ACCESS Registration Information
- Registration for ACCESS students officially begins on the third day of summer quarter – Wednesday, June 25, 2025.
- Registration for ACCESS students ends on Friday, July 11, 2025.
- Please keep in mind that over 800 ACCESS registration requests are submitted each quarter. We have a team of less than six (6) Registration Specialists to manually review and process these registrations. The team works Monday-Friday and will make every effort to process your request as quickly as possible.
- ACCESS registration request forms submitted to your campus registration team by Monday, June 23, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. will be processed by the registration team beginning on June 25, 2025.

ACCESS student DO NOT register themselves via Register.UW or MyPlan. Only OUR Registration Team members may process ACCESS registrations.

ACCESS Program Tips for Success
- You will need to contact the academic unit or instructors offering Summer 2025 classes to inquire about classes and to request entry codes, if required by the course.
- If you would like to sit in on classes before the third day of the quarter, or before we have processed your registration, you’ll need to email the instructor and ask for permission to do so. They may give you access to their Canvas course, but this is not the same as being registered.
- Be sure to verify that your registration has been processed by checking your schedule in MyUW.
- If you are having any problems accessing UW online services due to your UW NetID, DUO, or other technology-related problems, please contact UW-IT.
