We are pleased you have enrolled in classes at the University of Washington through the ACCESS Program! As we prepare to assist you with your enrollment needs for Autumn 2025, we want to provide you with registration resources and tips for success.
ACCESS Registration
ACCESS Registration Request Form
The ACCESS Registration Request form is available to first-time and returning ACCESS students, and is the only way to register for ACCESS courses. You will need to provide your student data, course selections, and entry codes, if necessary, in the form, after which, you will receive an email confirmation of your submission.
The ACCESS Registration Request Form opens at 8 a.m. on Monday, August 25, 2025, and closes at 5 p.m. on Thursday, October 9, 2025.

ACCESS Registration Information
- Registration for ACCESS students officially begins on the third day of autumn quarter – Friday, September 26, 2025.
- Registration for ACCESS students ends on Friday, October 10, 2025 at 5 p.m.
- ACCESS registration request forms may be submitted up until 5 p.m. on Thursday, October 9 at 5 p.m. However, ACCESS registrations will be processed beginning on September 26, 2025, the third (3rd) day of the quarter in the order they are received. Submit your registration request early.

ACCESS Program Tips for Success
- Please keep in mind that over 800 ACCESS registration requests are submitted each quarter. We have a team of less than six (6) Registration Specialists to manually review and process these registrations. The team works Monday-Friday and will make every effort to process your request as quickly as possible.
- If you would like to sit in on classes before the third day of the quarter, or before we have processed your registration, you’ll need to email the instructor and ask for permission to do so. They may give you access to their Canvas course, but this is not the same as being registered.
- You will need to contact the academic unit or instructors offering Autumn 2025 classes to inquire about classes and to request entry codes, if required by the course.
- Be sure to verify that your registration has been processed by checking your schedule in MyUW.
- If you are having any problems accessing UW online services due to your UW NetID, DUO, or other technology-related problems, please contact UW-IT.
