ACCESS Registration Information
ACCESS students may begin submitting registration requests for Summer 2026 on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. ACCESS registration begins on Wednesday, June 24, 2026.
ACCESS Registration Request Form
The ACCESS Registration Request form is available for first-time and returning students beginning on May 26, 2026. You must provide your student data, course selections, and entry codes if needed. Submit a new ACCESS Registration Request form quarterly before registration.
The form opens at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, and closes at 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 9, 2026.

ACCESS Program Tips for Success
- Important: The team works Monday-Friday to process requests and will make every effort to process your request as quickly as possible.
- If you want to attend classes before registration is processed, contact instructors for permission. They may grant Canvas access but are unable to register for you.
- Contact instructors or the academic unit for class information and entry codes.
- Verify your registration by checking your schedule in MyUW.
- For issues with accessing UW online services (UW NetID, DUO) contact UW-IT.
